Hi Lisa,
Years ago, I went on my first (and, sadly, only so far)10 day silent meditation retreat. I just want to tell you it was/is one of the best things I have ever done for myself. Life changing, enriching, magical. I think it is a beautiful, and loving gift you are giving yourself, and I wish you a blessed and deeply enriching experience.
